NEISEN WINS 2017 WOMEN'S STATE OPEN
Kenzie Neisen of New Prague G.C. shot a final day 2-over 74 to win the Minnesota Women's State Open by a shot over Sarah Burnham of Rush Creek G.C. at Deer Run G.C. Burnham made it interesting with a 2-under 70 of her own, but the five shot deficit after the first round proved to be too much. Neisen posted a 7-under 137 two-day total highlighted by her 9-under 63 course record opening round.

The team of professional Roger Fahrenkrug of Braemar GC and juniors Anni Heck, Mike Ruele and Carter Taney fired a 16-under par 54 to win the Pro-Junior Championship held at Oak Marsh Golf Club in Oakdale, Minn.

TEAM MACKEDANZ/HAUGSTAD/MENTON/JOHNSON WIN NATIONAL CAR RENTAL PRO-AM SERIES #2
The team of professional Mitch Mackedanz of Bemidji T & C.C. and amateurs Matthew Haugstad, Danny Menton and Justin Johnson fired a 13-under 131 to win the second National Car Rental Pro-Am Series event held at The Pines at Grand View Lodge in Nisswa, Minn.

GREVE WINS BACK-TO-BACK MINNESOTA STATE OPEN TITLES
Ben Greve of Minneapolis G.C. cruises to his second consecutive Minnesota State Open title at StoneRidge Golf Club in Stillwater, Minn. Greve shot a three-day 15-under total to win over the low professional, Jon DuToit of Chaska T.C. He becomes the first player to win back-to-back Minnesota Open titles since John Harris did in 1994-95.

SNYDER & REIGSTAD SHARE LUTHER PRO-SERIES EVENT #2
Brent Snyder of Troy Burne G.C. and Jon Reigstad both fired a 3-under 69 to win the second Luther Pro-Series event of the year. Angie Ause of Oak Marsh G.C. won the Women's event with 29 points; edging out Kathy Swanson of the Minnesota PGA and Elizabeth Bauerfiend of Midland Hills C.C. by one point.
