Jeff Sorenson from Columbia GC defeated Ben Meyers from Medina G&CC 2&1 to win his second MN PGA Match Play title in the past six years.

In the semifinals, Sorenson defeated Scott McDonald from Windsong Farm GC 1 up while Meyers advanced to the final match after defeating Brent Snyder from Troy Burne GC 3&2.
