Section Facility Promoter's of the Year were awarded to Craig Thomsen, Saint Cloud Country Club in Saint Cloud, MN in the private facility category, John Kendall, Legends at Giants
Ridge Resort in Biwabik, MN in the resort category, and Tom Abts, Deer Run Golf Club in Victoria, MN in the public category.
Honored as 2011 Section Player of the Year for the 14th time was Don Berry of Edinburgh USA Golf Club while Bill Israelson of Vintage Golf Club was honored for the third time as
Senior Player of the Year. The 2011 Assistant Player of the Year was determined at the PGA National Assistants Championship and will be awarded to Ben Meyers of Medina Golf & Country Club.
