We at the Minnesota PGA Junior Golf understand how difficult this time of year is for High School Seniors. No classes, no prom, no graduation parties, and no spring golf season. So we wanted to honor Minnesota’s High School Seniors by hosting one last event for the boys and girls in the Class of 2020.

On what would be the dates of the 2020 Minnesota State High School League State Golf Tournament, Tuesday, June 9 and Wednesday, June 10, we will be hosting a seniors-only, one day, individual 18-hole tournament at Bunker Hills Golf Course in Coon Rapids, Minn.

The boy’s event will be on Tuesday, June 9 with tee times running from 7:30 am – 2:00 pm. The girl’s event will be on Wednesday, June 10 with tee times running from 7:30 am – 2:00 pm. Due to Social Distancing, we are limiting the field to a max of 114 boys and 114 girls. The cost of entry is $50 per participant.

We are opening the first wave of registration on Wednesday, May 6 to those who participated in the State Tournament as Juniors in 2019. The second wave, which will open on Wednesday, May 20, will open the field to any and all high school seniors who attend school in the state of Minnesota in the 2019-2020 school year and will be graduating in the spring of 2020. Registration will close on Wednesday, June 3 at 11:59 pm if the spaces do not fill. Tee times will be emailed to participants on Saturday, June 6.

Minnesota PGA Junior Golf will be conducting events in accordance with Minnesota Executive Orders put in place by Governor Tim Walz. Should any recommendations, Executive Orders, or Federal regulations change between registration and the event dates, we will comply with all changes and will adapt the event as needed to conduct an effective tournament. Should these recommendations or changes affect the quality of the tournament or prohibit the tournament from taking place, we will provide full refunds for each participant.
